Request a Booking
Requesting an Appointment Online
When you request an appointment online, please note that your booking is pending and not final until one of our team members contacts you to confirm the details. This ensures we allocate the correct time for your service and provide you with the best possible experience.

When requesting a colour appointment online, please ensure you select toners and haircuts as additional services from the
“add-ons” menu if they are required, in order to allow for adequate time.
​
If the services and timing booked do not align with what you actually require, we will call to confirm your selection and adjust the booking accordingly.

Booking Fees
For new guests or those who haven’t visited us in the past three months, a booking fee is required to secure appointments for the following services:
• Colour Correction, Keratin Smoothing, Extensions – $100
• General Colour Services – $50
• Hair Cutting & Event Styling – $30
Your booking fee will be applied toward your service on the day of your appointment.

Stylist Tier & Pricing Structure
Our pricing is determined by years of training and level of skill, when selecting your stylist to book with, you can also select the price schedule that best suits your needs . Our Tiered Pricing levels are as follows:
- Emerging Stylist (1st to 3rd Year Apprentices)
- Senior Stylist (Certified Level 3 or Higher)
- Master Stylist (Skilled Stylist with a minimum of 10 years experience)
- Managing Stylist (Salon Manager)
- Director (Company Owner, Master Stylist)
