Hey, I'm Cindy,
I'm the proud owner and founder of Evolution Hair Co, and for me, hairdressing has always been about so much more than hair.
I truly believe every person deserves to feel seen, cared for and confident. Whether you're visiting us for a complete transformation, a relaxing Japanese Head Spa experience or simply a little time to yourself, my goal is to create an experience that leaves you feeling refreshed, restored and genuinely looked after.
As a Master Stylist, Japanese Head Spa Therapist and Reiki Practitioner, I'm passionate about taking a holistic approach to hair and wellbeing. I love combining beautiful hair with moments of calm, relaxation and self-care because I know how powerful it is when we take the time to invest in ourselves.
One of the things I'm most proud of is the community we've built. Supporting local families, giving back through my registered charity The Dignity Impact, mentoring the next generation of hairdressers and championing women in business are all things that fill my cup just as much as creating beautiful hair. I believe a successful business has the ability and responsibility to make a positive difference, and I'm incredibly passionate about using our platform to do just that.
When I'm not in the salon, you'll usually find me with my husband, our beautiful daughter Lara and two Frenchies Mack & Zelda.
Becoming a mum has been one of my greatest joys and has given me an even deeper appreciation for connection, kindness and creating meaningful moments with the people around me.

Master Stylist / Community Impact Co-Ordinator
Hey there, I'm Monique!
As a Master Stylist and Community Impact Coordinator at Evolution Hair Co, I absolutely love helping people feel confident, empowered and completely themselves.
I have a real passion for creating beautiful, personalised transformations, specialising in weft, tape and keratin bond extensions, technical colour work, and precision short and curly haircuts. Whether you're dreaming of longer, fuller hair, a complete colour transformation or a fresh new style, I love working with my clients to create a look that feels effortlessly you.
One of the most rewarding parts of my role is building genuine relationships with the people who sit in my chair. I believe great hair starts with truly listening, understanding your lifestyle and creating a look that not only makes you feel amazing on the day, but works beautifully long after you leave the salon.
Beyond the salon floor, I'm incredibly proud to lead our community initiatives as Evolution's Community Impact Coordinator. Supporting local charities, organising fundraising events and creating opportunities to give back is something I'm deeply passionate about. I also volunteer my time at my local retirement village, providing haircuts for elderly residents, it's one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
Outside of work, I'm a proud mum to my teenager Sophie and a devoted fur mum. When I'm not behind the chair or out in the community, you'll usually find me spending time with family and friends... preferably with a cheeky glass of Sav Blanc in hand!

Hey, I'm Kaitlyn!
I'm a Senior Stylist at Evolution Hair Co and currently training as a Japanese Head Spa Therapist.
For me, hairdressing is about so much more than creating beautiful hair, it's about creating genuine connections and making every client feel comfortable, cared for and confident.
I love all aspects of colour and cutting, and there's nothing more rewarding than helping someone achieve a look they absolutely love. Whether you're after a subtle refresh or a complete transformation, my goal is to create hair that not only looks beautiful but suits your lifestyle and makes you feel like the best version of yourself.
One of my favourite parts of this industry is the conversations that happen in the chair. I feel incredibly privileged to hold space for the people who trust me with not only their hair, but often their stories too. Creating a calm, welcoming environment where clients can relax, chat or simply enjoy some time for themselves is something I value deeply.
As I continue my journey into Japanese Head Spa therapy, I'm excited to combine beautiful hair with moments of relaxation and wellbeing, helping clients leave feeling refreshed both inside and out.
Outside the salon, I'm a proud mum to two beautiful girls and love spending quality time with my little family. I also love being part of a team that supports one another, gives back to our community and is passionate about making a positive impact both inside and outside the salon.

Hey everyone, I'm Rayah!
I'm a Senior Emerging Stylist at Evolution Hair Co, and I genuinely love helping people feel confident, beautiful and completely themselves.
I'm passionate about both colour and cutting, with a special love for creating bright blondes, rich lived-in colours and fun pops of fashion colour. Whether you're after something soft and natural or ready to make a bold statement, I love bringing your vision to life with careful attention to every little detail.
I'm known for being thoughtful, caring and a bit of a perfectionist. I believe it's the small details that make the biggest difference, and I take pride in making sure every client leaves my chair feeling happy, relaxed and excited about their new hair.
One of my favourite parts of hairdressing is getting to know the people in my chair. Building genuine connections and creating a positive, welcoming experience is just as important to me as creating beautiful hair.
Outside the salon, I'm a proud fur mum and love spending time with my four-legged sidekicks. If I'm not at work, you'll probably find me enjoying pizza or pasta with family and friends, or winding down with a cheeky glass of pink Moscato!

Hey, I'm Jasmine!
I'm a Junior Emerging Stylist at Evolution Hair Co, and I'm loving every step of my journey as I continue to learn, grow and build my skills alongside our incredible team.
I'm passionate about creating beautiful hair and love learning new techniques every day. One of my favourite services is a gorgeous, bouncy blow-dry, there's nothing better than seeing someone leave the salon feeling confident and glamorous with fresh, beautifully styled hair!
I'm always eager to keep improving, ask questions and soak up as much knowledge as I can. I feel so lucky to be surrounded by a supportive team who encourage me to grow and become the best stylist I can be.
When I'm not in the salon, I'm a proud fur mum and you'll usually find me out enjoying a drive in my car, treating myself to a cheeky Macca's run or somehow finding another excuse to spend my hard-earned pay at Mecca!
