Director
Hey, I’m Cindy—the founder & creator of Evolution Hair Co.

I’ve been in this industry since I was 16 years old, (yes that’s 20 years now) and hairdressing has never just been a job for me—it’s my passion, my creative outlet, and my way of connecting with people. There’s nothing better than seeing someone walk out of our salon feeling confident, beautiful, and truly seen.
At EHC, we’re not just about hair—we’re about energy, experience, and making every guest feel special. Whether you’re after a bold transformation or just a little refresh, my goal is to make sure you leave feeling like the best version of YOU!
I specialise in colour and weft hair extensions, but more than that, I specialise in bringing your dream hair to life while making you feel completely at home in my chair.​

​Beyond the salon, I love giving back to the community. You’ll also find me volunteering at Maitland Hospital, offering haircuts to patients in intensive care, mental health recovery, and long-term care—because sometimes, something as small as a fresh haircut can bring dignity and confidence to those having a tough time.
I’m also incredibly passionate about small business and helping our industry thrive. I love mentoring the next generation of stylists, making sure they don’t just learn the technical skills but also feel empowered, supported, and ready to build incredible careers.
This year, I’m bringing even more to EHC—we’re taking a holistic approach to hair and beauty, blending wellness, energy work, and self-care into everything we do.

When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me gardening with a glass of bubbles or hanging out with my husband and our two Frenchie fur babies, Mack & Zelda

Salon Manager / Senior Stylist
Hey there!
I’m Monique, Salon Manager and Senior Stylist at Evolution Hair Co., and I’ve been bringing hair dreams to life for over 20 years now.
I specialize in colour and weft hair extensions, and I love nothing more than creating beautiful, seamless, and confidence-boosting transformations for my guests.
Whether it’s a lived-in blonde, a dimensional brunette, or adding length and volume with extensions, my goal is to make you feel amazing every time you walk out the door.

I’m a firm believer that learning never stops, and I’m always refining my skills, mastering new techniques, and keeping up with the latest trends to bring my guests the best experience possible. I love teaching, mentoring, and helping others grow in our industry, which is one of the many reasons I love being part of the team at EHC.
The support, career opportunities, and incredible women I work alongside make this salon truly special.
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me spending time with my husband Shannon, our beautiful daughter Sophie, and our fur babies. I also love getting creative outside of work, whether it’s crocheting something special or working on renovations around the house (because let’s be honest, there’s always a new project to tackle!).

I’m Grace, and I’ve been bringing hair dreams to life for just over 10 years.

For me, hairdressing isn’t just a job—it’s an art form that allows me to express my creativity and help my guests feel their absolute best.
I specialize in lived-in blondes, seamless blends, and voluminous blowouts—giving my clients that fresh, effortless, and naturally enhanced look. There’s something so rewarding about tailoring a colour or style to perfectly complement someone’s features, personality, and lifestyle. And of course, nothing beats the feeling of a bouncy, salon-finished blowout!
Being part of the team at Evolution Hair Co. has been an incredible experience. I feel so lucky to work
alongside such a supportive, talented group of women who inspire me every day. Our salon is more than just a workplace—it’s a place where creativity thrives, and our clients become part of our family.
Outside of the salon, my world revolves around my beautiful family. My husband, Alex, and I are proud parents to our two wonderful children, Luca and Pippa, who keep life full of love, laughter, and adventure.

I’m Kaitlyn, and I’ve been a qualified stylist for the past 10 years. Hairdressing is more than just a career for me—it’s my passion.

I love being able to customize the perfect colour and style for each guest, creating looks that not only enhance their natural beauty but also give them a boost of confidence and self-love.
I enjoy blondes, balayage, and style cutting, ensuring seamless, low-maintenance colour and effortless style. Whether it’s a soft, sun-kissed blonde, a dimensional brunette, or a fresh new cut, my goal is to help you feel like the best version of yourself.
Being part of Evolution Hair Co. is so rewarding—I get
to work alongside an amazing team of supportive, talented women who inspire me every day. I love the energy, creativity, and sense of community we’ve built in the salon.
Outside of work, my heart belongs to my little family—my partner Blake and our beautiful daughter Billie. We’re also excited to be welcoming our baby girl in June, and I’ll be taking some time off to soak in all the newborn cuddles. But don’t worry—I’ll be back in the salon from December 1st and can’t wait to see all my beautiful clients again!
When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me embracing all things crystals and witchy, as I’m a big believer in karma and positive energy.

Junior Emerging Stylist

I’m Rayah, a 2nd Year Emerging Stylist here at Evolution Hair Co.
​
From the moment I finished school, I knew I wanted to pursue my passion for hair and turn it into a career.
I absolutely love all things colour and styling—whether it’s learning how to create soft, seamless blondes, dimensional brunettes, or the perfect bouncy blowout. My boss always says I have a natural talent for curling and upstyling, and I can’t wait to continue refining my skills.
Right now, I’m training hard and looking to build my clientele, so I’d love for you to sit in my chair and be part of my journey!
One of my favourite parts of working at EHC is the amazing team—the girls are so supportive, and the
opportunities I’ve had so far have been incredible. I’m grateful for the chance to learn from such talented stylists and work towards building a long and successful career in the industry.
Outside of the salon, you’ll usually find me relaxing on weekends, swimming or hanging out with friends.

Hi, I’m Ella!
I’m a first-year emerging stylist at Evolution Hair Co, and I’ve been hair-obsessed for as long as I can remember! Growing up in a family of hairdressers, I was always surrounded by the magic of hair and the confidence it brings.
Becoming a hairstylist has been my dream since I first learned how to curl, and I’m passionate about not just creating beautiful styles but also keeping hair healthy and strong.
To me, hair is more than just something that grows—it holds memories, emotions, and identity. My goal is always to help people feel confident and valued.
Right now, I’m focusing on perfecting my wash and blowdry skills, so if you’re after a fresh, bouncy blowout, I’d love to have you sit in my chair!
