How much is your pricing?

We offer a Tiered Pricing Schedule, but what does this mean?  Our pricing is determined by years of training and skill level, when selecting  a stylist to book with, you can also select the price schedule that best suits your needs . Our Tiered Pricing levels are as follows:

     - Emerging Stylists (​1st to 3rd Year Apprentices - when available)

     - Senior Stylists (Certified Level 3 or Higher)

     - Managing Stylist (Salon Manager)

     - Director (Company Owner, Master Stylist)

Do you have parking?

Yes, there is free 3-hr parking in the adjacent council parking lot

Where are you located?

We're located at 38 Elgin St in Maitland

(down from the Levee, across from Pender Place Shopping Centre)

​How do I make a booking?

You can call the salon on 0458 492 700, book online or email us at info@evolutionhairco.com.au

What Payment types do you accept?

At Evolution Hair Co, we accept multiple types of payment including; Eftpos, Cash, American Express, ZipPay and AfterPay.

What can I expect through the booking process?

When booking in person, you will receive the following notifications; a Notification Text with the details of your appointment, 2-days prior a Confirmation Text requesting you to confirm your booking, and 1 hour prior to your appointment you will receive a courtesy Text Reminder.

When booking Online you can request an appointment with your selected Stylist, once we have received your request it will be reviewed and then accepted. If more information is required we will call you to either confirm or alter the booking. Following your appointment acceptance, the process will follow the same text sequence as above.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

We ask that all guests arrive 5-10 minutes prior to their appointment time, this will help you to get settled and ready in time for your stylist.

What if I'm running late?

Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated to your service. If you attend your booking any later than 15minutes after your scheduled time, your appointment may be cancelled or less services may be provided at the stylists discretion. 

We will always do our best to absorb the time missed, however as a courtesy to our guests all services are completed as scheduled.

I'm not sure what I want with my hair, can I have a consultation?

Yes, absolutely! We encourage all of our guests that are unsure or wanting a big change (for example Colour or Hair Extensions), to book in a consultation with us before their appointment, that way we can find the right service to meet your needs.

A booking fee of $30 is taken for your consultation, and if you wish to go ahead with the service, this will come off your total on the day.

Can I bring additional people or children to my appointment?

To make the most out of your pamper session and to have a safe visit for all, we encourage our guests, mumma's & partners to enjoy some solo downtime when they are visiting with us in the salon

​

Can I bring food to my appointment?

Yes that is fine, but we do encourage our colour guests to indulge from our complimentary snacks and drinks menu, the French Martinis are always a fave!
